This form will ask you to submit information outlining the nature, features, and in some instances, evidence to support your super-complaint. It will also request some personal details such as your name or the name of the organisation wishing to submit the super-complaint, along with a contact email address.
As stated in the super-complaint legislation; For the purpose of investigating a complaint, each of the decision-making authorities may use any information held by it and share that information with any of the other decision-making authorities.
HMICFRS will retain this information for the lifetime of any investigation and for a period of 2 years thereafter, and in compliance with data protection laws, your personal details will be held securely and will only be used in the instance that one of the three decision-making authorities needs to contact you.
