Feedback survey for Search the Domestic Homicide Review Library website

We would like to invite you to complete this survey to help us understand how you access and use Search the Domestic Homicide Review Library Service and gain feedback for future user enhancements
The survey should not take more than 5 minutes to complete.
DHRs should be considered where a death of a person aged 16 or over is caused by someone to whom they are related, had an intimate relationship with, or is a member of the same household.
They are designed to improve responses to domestic violence and aim to prevent something similar happening again.
All responses to this survey are confidential. Your details will be stored securely and only accessible to our research team. We will share our findings, but no personal information or details that may identify you will be attributed to the comments you make.

How will my personal data be collected, stored, and shared?
The researchers working on this project and our Research Operations Team will have access to your personal data within this survey this may contain your personal data and could identify you.
If you allow us to, we may share notes with other people. We will only share these with the people that you choose. This might include other people working on the project, other people in the Home Office, and auditors within the Home Office.
Any personal data we collect will be stored for up to 24 months (or until it is no longer needed, whichever is sooner) and then securely deleted.
If you agree to take part, we will collect additional data during the research session. Our legal basis for doing this will be consent.
Any personal data collected as part of the survey will be handled in accordance with UK Data Protection Legislation.
