The researchers working on this project and our Research Operations Team will have access to your personal data within this survey this may contain your personal data and could identify you.

If you allow us to, we may share notes with other people. We will only share these with the people that you choose. This might include other people working on the project, other people in the Home Office, and auditors within the Home Office.

Any personal data we collect will be stored for up to 24 months (or until it is no longer needed, whichever is sooner) and then securely deleted.

If you agree to take part, we will collect additional data during the research session. Our legal basis for doing this will be consent.

Any personal data collected as part of the survey will be handled in accordance with UK Data Protection Legislation.
