OVERVIEW

The questionnaire will take 2 - 5 minutes to complete.

What is a user research panel?
A user research panel is a group of pre-screened people who have opted in to participate in ongoing research efforts. We welcome participants to sign up to join our user research panel for the online reporting service for suspicious chemical activity.

User researchers carry out research activities to inform the design of our services and help teams get a deeper understanding of the people that use them. This allows us to design better services that meet the needs of those who use them.

What is being asked of you?

This questionnaire will evaluate your eligibility to take part in user research for the reporting service.

What's involved?

You will be asked questions about your reporter type, occupation, business (if relevant), access needs, or disabilities, and any assistive technologies you may use.

This will help us to learn a little more about you and assist us in arranging interview sessions, ensuring we are speaking to a diverse range of people. It will also help us to ensure that the research will be relevant to you.

By completing this questionnaire you consent to being contacted by our user researcher.

What data will be collected and how will it be stored?

Your responses will be collected by a secure survey platform and then transferred to Home Office systems. Any personal data we collect such as your name and contact details will not be shared outside of the research team. All personal data is held on a secure Home Office server and will be deleted after 24 months in line with GDPR.
