2. Do you agree or disagree that removing Regulation 36 and the reduced member contribution rates achieves the aim of allowing all members to accrue ill-health benefit entitlement from the implementation date?

4. Do you believe that removing Regulation 36 could lead to any wider regulatory impacts across the Police Pension Regulations?
