Responses from this feedback form will be stored securely by the Home Office within a folder that only a small number of people will have access to. This includes the researchers, people working on Online APIS, alongside our user-centred design operations team.
All responses will be anonymous and completely confidential. Please ensure that you do not provide any details that could identify you when filling out this feedback form (for example, your name or email address).
We may use quotes from responses in research reports that are shared within the Home Office. These will be used to inform and advocate for improvements to Online APIS.
