This survey will be used to record and collate responses to the call for evidence for the Independent Review of Prevent. We are seeking views from a broad range of individuals who can offer insight into what Prevent means, experiences of Prevent delivery and how Prevent impacts individuals, communities and organisations. The survey covers a range of questions based around the reviews terms of reference.

All information collected through the call for evidence will be kept in the strictest confidence and used for research purposes only. Analysis connected to the call for evidence may be published as part of the report of the Independent Review, but identifying information will be removed. For more information about how your information will be handled please see the Home Office's personal information charter.

Please do not submit referrals or queries about specific cases as part of this survey. To make a Prevent referral, or to find out more about where you can get support, please contact your local police force or local authority. More information is available from ‘Let’s Talk About It’.
