New starter and SharePoint access form

Fill this form in if you are:

• A new starter
• Telling us about a new starter
• Requesting access to the UCD Community Hub

You will need a work email address first (Home Office or Digital).


UCD Operations will:

• arrange access to an induction Trello board and welcome email
• add them to mailing lists
• provide information on mandatory training: UCD induction and ethics modules
• give them access to the UCD Community Hub on SharePoint
